1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between bensu4d and each person who visits the website, creates an account, deposits funds, claims a promotion, places a sports wager, or participates in a casino game. References to “you”, “your”, “player”, or “member” mean the registered account holder. References to “we”, “our”, “us”, or “platform” mean bensu4d.

2. Definitions

Each person may maintain only one bensu4d account unless prior written approval is provided. bensu4d may request proof of identity, age, address, source of funds, or payment ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documents may result in restricted access, delayed transactions, or account closure. False details, altered documents, or attempts to conceal identity are material breaches of these terms.

4. Account Security

You must keep your username, password, verification codes, and device access secure. Activity completed through valid account credentials may be treated as authorised activity unless bensu4d is informed promptly of suspected compromise. You must not disclose your password or allow friends, family members, or third parties to use your account.

If you notice an unfamiliar login, transaction, or wager, contact customer support promptly and change your credentials. bensu4d may temporarily restrict access while investigating security concerns. We may also require additional authentication before restoring access or processing a withdrawal.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Available options may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, or supported digital assets. Availability, minimum amounts, maximum amounts, and processing times may vary.

Unless otherwise stated, account balances and transactions are presented in MYR. A minimum deposit such as RM50 may apply to a payment channel or promotion. bensu4d does not guarantee that every method will remain continuously available, particularly during bank maintenance, provider outages, or security reviews.

Deposited money should be used for genuine gaming activity. bensu4d is not a banking service or money-transfer facility. Deposits followed by withdrawal requests with little or no play may be reviewed, and reasonable processing or verification requirements may apply.

6. Withdrawals and Verification

A withdrawal request must normally be directed to a payment method owned by the verified member. Before payment, bensu4d may confirm identity, age, payment ownership, account history, and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. Processing begins only when requested information has been received and approved.

E-wallet withdrawals may be completed more quickly than bank transfers, but any stated timeframe is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Delays may occur because of KYC checks, bank maintenance, incorrect recipient details, payment provider reviews, or unusual account activity. The member is responsible for confirming that bank and e-wallet details are accurate.

bensu4d may apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits displayed in the account or relevant payment section. Where a transaction is reversed or rejected by a provider, funds may be returned to the account after reconciliation.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

Promotions are optional and may be subject to eligibility criteria. Individual bonus rules may specify a minimum deposit, maximum bonus, game contribution rate, wagering requirement, maximum bet, expiry period, excluded activity, and maximum cash-out. Those specific rules supplement these Terms & Conditions.

For example, a 10x rollover on a RM100 bonus requires RM1,000 in qualifying wagers before eligible winnings can be withdrawn. Slots may contribute differently from live casino or table games. Members must check the displayed terms before accepting an offer because not every wager will necessarily count at the same rate.

8. Sports Betting and Casino Rules

Sports results are settled using the official result and the market-specific rules shown on the platform.

Markets may cover EPL football, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, esports, and other competitions. If an event is postponed, abandoned, interrupted, or incorrectly listed, settlement will follow the applicable market rule. Obvious pricing, participant, or technical errors may be corrected, cancelled, or resettled where reasonably necessary.

Casino outcomes are determined according to the rules of the relevant game. Displayed RTP values describe theoretical long-term performance and do not guarantee a return for any session. Previous outcomes, recent wins, or jackpot history do not predict future results.

9. Prohibited Conduct

All members must use bensu4d honestly and for personal entertainment. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Creating or controlling multiple accounts without prior approval.
• Using stolen funds, third-party payment methods, or disputed transactions.
• Colluding with another player or coordinating bets to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, automated scripts, prohibited software, or technical interference.
• Exploiting a pricing error, delayed data feed, game fault, or promotional mistake.
• Attempting money laundering, fraud, identity concealment, or chargeback abuse.
• Harassing support staff or submitting false, altered, or misleading documents.

Where bensu4d reasonably identifies prohibited conduct, it may suspend the account, cancel affected transactions, remove improperly obtained bonuses or winnings, request additional evidence, or close the account. Legitimate cleared funds will be handled subject to applicable verification and legal obligations.

10. Responsible Gambling

bensu4d services are for entertainment by adults aged 21 and above. Gambling should never be treated as employment, investment, or a solution to financial difficulty. Members should set affordable deposit, spending, and session limits before playing and should never chase a loss.

Cooling-off, account restriction, and self-exclusion options may be requested through support. Once self-exclusion is activated, attempts to bypass the restriction by creating another account constitute a breach of these terms. bensu4d will take reasonable steps to identify and close duplicate accounts linked to an excluded member.

11. Service Availability and Technical Issues

bensu4d aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, telecommunications failure, payment provider outages, device incompatibility, cyber incidents, or circumstances outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

If a wager is interrupted, the final treatment will depend on whether it was accepted and recorded by the relevant system. Screenshots alone may not establish acceptance. bensu4d transaction records and system logs will be used when investigating the status of an account action, subject to correction of proven errors.

12. Limitation of Liability and Complaints

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bensu4d is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of opportunity, device failure, internet interruption, third-party provider delay, or decisions made by a member based on betting information. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

A member who disputes a settlement, payment, or account decision should contact customer support with their username, relevant transaction or wager reference, date, amount, and a clear description of the concern. Complaints should be raised promptly so records remain available for review. Support may request further evidence before completing an investigation.

13. Changes, Severability, and Contact Us

bensu4d may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect operational, security, legal, payment, or product changes. Material revisions will take effect from the date stated on the updated page. Members should review this document periodically, particularly before accepting a new promotion or using a newly introduced payment method.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure by bensu4d to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
